退款政策
1. 适用范围
本政策适用于通过 AIDDHub 网站及其授权销售渠道（包括境外「商户记录方 / Merchant of Record（MoR）」与国内第三方平台）购买 MolStudio 或 MolInsight 个人商用版的个人与企业用户。
本政策中的「我们」指 MolStudio 与 MolInsight 的个人开发者（自然人，非企业法人）。通过境外 MoR 购买时，买方与该 MoR 之间构成买卖合同关系，退款等交易事宜以该 MoR 的买家条款为准。
2. 先试用，再购买
MolStudio 与 MolInsight 均提供 7 天免费试用（导出除外），以及面向个人非商用与教育科研的免费版。请在购买前充分试用，确认软件满足你的需求。
3. 退款原则
- 数字商品：软件为数字商品且提供完整试用，授权激活成功（已收到可用激活码）后，原则上不支持无理由退款。
- 激活码未使用：如你在购买后 14 天内尚未使用激活码，且未违反服务条款，可申请全额退款。
- 重复扣款 / 误购：同一订单重复扣款、下单金额明显错误等情形，核实后原路全额退款。
- 无法使用：若因我们的原因导致授权长期无法激活且无法修复，可申请退款。
4. 境外购买
通过 MoR（如 Creem、Paddle 等）完成的境外购买，其支付、发票与退款由该 MoR 依据其自身的买家条款处理。如需退款，请优先通过订单确认邮件中的链接联系 MoR，我们也会协助核实。
5. 如何申请
请通过页脚邮箱联系客服，并附上：订单号或付款凭证、用于购买的邮箱、问题描述。我们通常在 3 个工作日内回复。
6. 变更
本政策可能更新，更新后将在本页面公布。
Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to individuals and businesses who purchase a MolStudio or MolInsight personal commercial license through the AIDDHub website and its authorized sales channels, including an overseas Merchant of Record (MoR) and third-party platforms.
In this policy, "we" refers to the individual developer behind MolStudio and MolInsight (a natural person, not a corporate entity). For purchases made through an overseas MoR, the sales contract is between the buyer and that MoR, and transaction matters such as refunds are governed by that MoR's buyer terms.
2. Try before you buy
MolStudio and MolInsight each offer a 7-day free trial (export excluded) and a feature-limited Free edition for personal non-commercial and academic use. Please evaluate the software thoroughly before purchasing.
3. Refund principles
- Digital goods: The software is a digital product and a full trial is available. Once a license has been activated (a usable key has been delivered), refunds are generally not offered as a matter of goodwill.
- Unused key: If you have not used the license key within 14 days of purchase and have not breached the Terms of Service, you may request a full refund.
- Duplicate charge / mistake: Duplicate charges on one order, or a clearly incorrect charge amount, are refunded in full after verification.
- Cannot use: If, due to our fault, a license cannot be activated for an extended period and cannot be fixed, you may request a refund.
4. Overseas purchases
For overseas purchases completed through an MoR (e.g. Creem, Paddle), payment, invoicing and refunds are handled by that MoR under its own buyer terms. For refunds, please use the link in your order confirmation email to contact the MoR; we will also assist with verification.
5. How to request
Contact us at the email in the footer with: your order number or payment receipt, the email used for purchase, and a description of the issue. We usually respond within 3 business days.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated; changes will be posted on this page.
