1. 我们收集的信息
本政策中的「我们」指 MolStudio 与 MolInsight 的个人开发者（自然人，非企业法人）。就个人数据处理而言，我们是数据控制者；支付相关数据由支付服务商 / 商户记录方（MoR）作为控制者直接处理。
- 语言偏好：本站使用浏览器的 localStorage 记住你的中英文选择，不用于跟踪，也不会发送到服务器。
- 购买信息：你在购买时的支付信息（卡号、账单地址等）由支付服务商 / 商户记录方（MoR）直接收集与处理，我们不会接触或存储你的完整卡号。我们可能收到与订单相关的有限信息（邮箱、订单号、金额、地区）。
- 授权信息：为生成与激活授权，我们会处理你提供的机器标识（机器码）与订单号，用于签发绑定该机器的许可证。
- 客服沟通：当你联系我们时提供的邮箱与消息内容。
2. 我们如何使用
用于处理订单、签发与支持授权、提供客户支持、防止滥用与欺诈，以及履行法律义务。
3. 共享
我们仅在必要时与以下第三方共享：支付 / MoR（收付款与税务）、邮件与网站托管服务商。我们不会出售你的个人数据。
4. 数据保留
订单与授权记录会在授权有效期内及之后一段合理期限内保留，以满足财务与法律要求。
5. 你的权利
你可以请求访问、更正或删除你的个人数据；出于法律要求，部分记录可能无法删除。请通过页脚邮箱联系我们。

本站自身不使用广告或分析 Cookie；第三方支付页面可能使用其自身的 Cookie，适用其各自的隐私政策。

Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
In this policy, "we" refers to the individual developer behind MolStudio and MolInsight (a natural person, not a corporate entity). For personal data processing, we are the data controller; payment-related data is processed directly by the payment provider / Merchant of Record (MoR) as controller.
- Language preference: this site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your Chinese/English choice. It is not used for tracking and is not sent to a server.
- Purchase information: your payment details (card number, billing address, etc.) are collected and processed directly by the payment provider / Merchant of Record (MoR). We never see or store your full card number. We may receive limited order-related information (email, order number, amount, region).
- License information: to issue and activate a license we process the machine identifier (machine code) and order number you provide, in order to sign a license bound to that machine.
- Support communication: the email and message content you provide when contacting us.
2. How we use it
To process orders, issue and support licenses, provide customer support, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information with third parties only as necessary: payment / MoR (payments and tax), and email and website hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Retention
Order and license records are retained for the license term and a reasonable period afterwards to meet financial and legal requirements.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; some records may not be deletable where required by law. Contact us at the email in the footer.
6. Cookies
This site itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party payment pages may use their own cookies under their respective privacy policies.
7. Children
The Software is intended for professional and educational users and is not directed at children.
